aLex vs aLex — aka Sofia Insua – born and raised in Guatemala, currently based in between NYC + Berlin, is a singer / composer / artistic researcher / actor
in search of connections between emotional portrayal, physicality and sound.
aLex vs aLex is Insua’s way of diverging from other on-going music projects, Easy Easy (2017 - present) and ERA C (2020 - present) for which she’s lead vocalist + composer and are all part of her identity.
The emerging talent is redefining de possibilities of Latin Music and putting the Central American region on the map with her multidisciplinary approach; while creating diY art with friends.
