rhubiqs is the solo project of London-based composer and sound designer Tom Squires.

Squires' music creates a world where Actress meets Kranky, with a side dose of Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works for good measure.

These are far-reaching electronic and ambient sounds that provide immersive soundscapes for listeners to lose themselves in amidst thought-provoking textures, samples and field recordings.

2024 saw Squires return with his latest LP 'Aegis of Silence' released via Affin ahead of further releases with the same label planned for 2025.

Squires also plays in Transatlantic Alliance, a post-rock group previously signed to Post. Recordings, as well as being a contributing member of The Post-Everything Collective.
